For quiet idle play, you can now toggle the music and sound FX on or off!

I've also added tips to the menu screen since feedback suggested players hadn't noticed the mouse-over tool-tips.

I'll add more to the tips as more content is added.

Next task is replacing that dodgy Troll placeholder image.
