Just a mini update with some more attractive UI elements.

The music and SFX toggles have sensible icons now instead of text.

Added a small menu with Resume and Quit buttons (more settings will likely be added to this later).

Adjusted the tabs so they will always be visible even before they are unlocked (more to be added later).
